That Jesus May Be Glorified

Calvary Open Door Church is a caring community of believers, convinced of the unconditional love of God in Jesus, who said: “The one who comes to Me, I will never turn away.” (John 6:37)  Come as you are. We won’t try to change you.

THE GROUND IS LEVEL AT CALVARY

Many people over the years have asked if we might have made a mistake in using the word “Calvary” in our church’s name, since so many churches using that name are not welcoming and affirming to all people. “It may scare people away!” they say.
